Can I direct book a character or serenade online prior to checking their availability?We highly encourage using our user-friendly online booking system, which enables you to browse and book from our extensive selection of talented performers. Most online booking requests can be accommodated, provided they are made at least 48 hours in advance of your event. However, please note that if your event is within 48 hours, we advise speaking to a representative to confirm the availability of your preferred character or serenade choice, as we cannot guarantee their availability. It's essential to keep in mind that while many of our performers are versatile and can perform multiple roles, some characters are exclusively portrayed by specific performers. We work with professional actors, and there may be instances where your chosen character or serenade choice is already booked and unavailable for your requested date and time. In such cases, we will provide you with a list of other five-star performers who are available at your preferred time and date to choose from. Please be aware that if the character or serenade you choose to replace your original request happens to cost more, we will invoice you for the additional amount to cover the extra expenses. In the event that the character or serenade replacement you choose costs less than what you originally paid, we will gladly issue you a refund for the difference. Our ultimate goal is to ensure that your event is a memorable one, and we strive to make the booking process as smooth and stress-free as possible. Therefore, we encourage you to take advantage of our online booking system and make your reservation well in advance to avoid any disappointments. What is a contact person and how do I get approval for you to show up at public locations?Ensuring the safety of our performers is a critical part of our mission at Best Singing Telegrams. To help us with a smooth and seamless experience, we kindly request that you provide us with a direct contact person who will meet with our performer prior to entering the surprise location. If the recipient will be surprised at their workplace, we recommend that you call ahead to obtain permission and to let them know we'll be arriving. We appreciate your cooperation in obtaining final approval, as it helps to ensure the safety and success of the surprise. Don't worry if the recipient will be alone at the time of delivery - we're committed to ensuring a safe and successful delivery for everyone involved. To help us achieve this, we respectfully request that you inform the recipient of their expected delivery window and remind them to be prepared to open the door. We also ask that they refrain from taking any important calls during that time to avoid any interruptions during the performance. This will help us minimize any potential safety concerns and ensure that the delivery is a positive and unforgettable experience for everyone involved.

How much advanced notice is necessary for booking?We want to make sure that you have the perfect performer for your event, so we kindly ask for at least 48 hours' notice when booking. However, we understand that last-minute opportunities can arise, and we'll do our best to accommodate your request even with short notice. In fact, we've deliver many same-day singing telegrams, and we welcome the challenge! ​ To ensure that we can meet your specific needs, please give us a call or text before filling out the order form. Our friendly staff will confirm that your desired character and performer are available for the date and time that you need, and provide you with any additional information or options.

Can you bring flowers, balloons, or another add-on that I request?We're happy to offer additional add-ons such as flowers, balloons, chocolates, and more for the recipient. After the performance, you'll receive a downloadable link to your video, which you can share with whomever you'd like. We understand how important it is to capture and share special moments, which is why we aim to get your video to you within 48 hours of the performance. We want to ensure that your experience with our 360 camera is nothing short of amazing, which is why we want to remind you that the camera is in high demand and often booked out in advance. To avoid disappointment, we recommend that you reach out to our representative prior to booking to confirm the camera's availability for your desired date and time.

Do you take song requests?Our skilled performers are professional singers and actors and can learn any song that is meaningful to your loved one. To ensure the best performance, we kindly request at least 48 hours notice for the performer to rehearse and prepare the song. What is your tipping policy?We appreciate your consideration of tipping our performers, as it helps to show your gratitude for their hard work and dedication in creating a memorable experience for your loved ones. While tipping is not mandatory, it is always greatly appreciated. As most telegrams are delivered as a surprise, we recommend tipping our performers ahead of time to ensure they receive the recognition they deserve. Thank you in advance for your generosity.

Are there additional travel fees?We offer competitive mileage rates based on the distance from our office located in 90068. Our rates are as follows: 0-9 miles: Free! 10-15 miles: $10 16-30 miles: $20 31-45 miles: $30 46-60 miles: $40 61+ miles: Negotiable Please note that for locations over 60 miles away, we are open to negotiating a fair mileage rate. What are your standard Delivery Hours?We offer service seven days a week, with our standard delivery hours from 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM. Performers may be available for extended hours, subject to their availability and willingness for early or late morning deliveries. Please note, there's a $40 Early and Late Night fee for deliveries before 9:00 AM or after 10:00 PM. Your understanding is greatly appreciated, as our performers need to prepare and warm up for these intricate vocal performances.

Do you service on Holidays?Yes! We have service on all holidays. This will come down to which performers are available on that specific holiday. Certain holidays have an additional fee of $50 to compensate the performer. For the following Holidays the fee will be added to the final cost: Thanksgiving Christmas Eve Christmas Day New Year's Eve New Year's Day

What is a time frame arrival window?To ensure the safety and punctuality of our performers, we kindly request an arrival window for your scheduled performance. Our performers may have other engagements before or after your event, and the arrival window allows for adequate travel time. For example, a typical arrival window could be between 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM. If you require a specific start time, we will do our best to accommodate your request whenever possible. Additionally, our performers are happy to send a text or make a call upon arrival if requested. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation in helping us provide the best possible experience for your event.

Do you offer "I'm Sorry" and "Anonymous" Grams?At Best Singing Telegrams, we take pride in spreading happiness and positivity through our Singing Telegrams. We believe that every recipient deserves to feel celebrated and uplifted on their special day. For this reason, we do not offer "I'm Sorry" or "Anonymous" grams. Our aim is to create a memorable and positive experience for everyone involved, and we are committed to spreading joy and love with every performance.

Will the wardrobe and performer be exactly as pictured on the character list and in the video clips?Although we have a core cast of performers featured in our pictures and video clips, we cannot guarantee which performer will attend your event. Availability can vary, and many of our talented performers play multiple characters. Additionally, wardrobe may vary slightly depending on the character. However, please be assured that all of our performers and wardrobe are of top quality. At BST, we only provide the best performers for our clients.

What is your cancellation policy?When you book one of our performers, we reserve their time exclusively for your event. Therefore, we have a cancellation policy in place to compensate our performers for their time and effort. ​ Please note that if you cancel a single character after placing an order, a cancellation fee of $50 will be charged. Additionally, if you cancel within 48 hours of your event, no part of the purchase amount can be refunded. For longer performances (20 minute , 1/2 hour, hour long, etc.) no part of final purchase amount can be refunded within one week of your final booking date due to the extensive preparation needed for these longer performances. We believe that rescheduling can be a better option for both you and our performers than canceling altogether, and we want to make the process as smooth as possible for you. If you prefer to reschedule rather than cancel, please see our time change and rescheduling policy for more information. Our policy is designed to make the rescheduling process as simple as possible, outlining the steps you need to take and any associated fees. If you need to reschedule your performance, we're here to help you every step of the way. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in respecting our performers' time and commitment to their craft. We value their professionalism and dedication to providing excellent service to our clients.

What is your time change & rescheduling policy?When you book one of our performers, we reserve their time exclusively for your event. Therefore, we have a time change & rescheduling policy in place to compensate our performers for their time and effort. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and you may need to change the time or date of your performance after placing your order. If this happens, you can rest easy knowing that you can reschedule without incurring any extra fees. We will work with our performer's schedule to find a new time and date that works for everyone, while ensuring that you still receive the same character/serenade that you had originally chosen. In the event that you need to make any adjustments within 72 hours of your scheduled event date/time, a $50 charge per character will be applied to compensate the performer(s) for their time and preparation. Additionally, your new performance date must be scheduled within seven days of the original date. If you wish to change the character/serenade or need to schedule your performance beyond the seven-day window an additional $50 fee will also be applied, bringing the total fee to $100 per character. Additionally, any last minute Location Changes within 2 hours of the arrival window need to compensated with a $25 inconvenience fee for the performer's drive to the new location. Upon performer's arrival at the designated location they may wait up to an hour if the performance is delayed for any reason, but once the hour is up the $50 fee will kick in for their extended waiting time. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in respecting our performers' time and commitment to their craft. We value their professionalism and dedication to providing excellent service to our clients.

What if my scheduled performer gets sick, injured, and unable to attend my event?We understand that when booking a performer for your event, unexpected circumstances can arise such as sickness, injury or unavailability. However, we want to assure you that in such rare cases, we have got you covered. We take pride in hiring only five-star performers who are reliable and committed to their craft. In the event of any unforeseen circumstances, we will work quickly to provide you with a suitable replacement performer. Our performers are multi-talented, and we will make every effort to match the same role as your original booking. If that's not possible, we will provide you with a list of other character options for you to choose from to ensure that your event is still a memorable one. As a token of our apology for any inconvenience caused by the last-minute change, we will also provide you with a $25 refund. In the unlikely scenario that we are unable to cover the performance, we will offer you a full refund. Our aim is to provide you with peace of mind when booking with us. Rest assured that we will do everything in our power to make sure your event runs smoothly and is a memorable experience for all.
